Association Of African American Financial Advisors (Quad-A)
Navigating the Future of Black Wealth
Celebrating 25 Years of Leadership, Advocacy, and Impact
In our 25th Anniversary year, the Association of African American Financial Advisors (Quad-A) proudly marked a historic milestone by ringing the Closing Bell at the New York Stock Exchange — a powerful symbol of our growth, influence, and enduring commitment to excellence in financial services.
Quad-A is a national 501(c)(3) membership organization created to advance the professional development and advocacy priorities of licensed Black/African American financial professionals in wealth management. We serve financial advisors, financial planners, home office professionals, and affiliated professionals across the industry.
Through strategic partnerships with HBCUs, leading colleges and universities nationwide, financial services firms, legislative and regulatory leaders, and consumer advocacy organizations, we champion shared interests that strengthen representation, expand opportunity, and elevate industry standards.
Our mission is twofold: to connect individuals and families with trusted financial advisors and to provide financial professionals with a powerful network rooted in shared experience, cultural understanding, and a commitment to excellence.
For 25 years, Quad-A has stood at the forefront of leadership and access in wealth management. And we are just getting started.

Meet our Founder
LeCount R. Davis, CFP
Over his 40-year career, LeCount R. Davis has always approached financial planning as more of a calling than an academic pursuit, a job, or even a profession. He is the first African American to hold the Certified Financial Planner designation.
Whether he is influencing students as a professor at Howard University, helping hundreds of people with financial decisions, or mentoring younger generations of Black/African American financial planners, Davis’ primary goal is to guide the future of wealth management.
"My mission in life has been to help my people handle money well so as to be able to create and transfer wealth,"
