Kathy Williams, RFC®, is the Founder and Wealth Manager at Advance Financial Lighthouse, an independent financial planning practice she has led in Oklahoma City for more than 30 years.

Three decades of sitting across this desk from clients who trusted her with their futures — their first homes, their children’s education, their retirement, their legacies.

Kathy believes financial planning is not about products or projections. It is about people. It is about the late-night calls when the market dips. It is about watching the next generation walk through the door because their parents trusted her with their family’s wealth story.

Kathy serves women who lead, first-generation wealth builders, families navigating sudden wealth, business owners, and Black families intentionally building generational legacy. She specializes in clients whose financial lives have grown complex enough to require coordinated planning across investments, taxes, retirement, insurance, and legacy.

As a Black female fiduciary financial advisor and member of the AAAFA community, Kathy is especially committed to serving women and Black families who have historically been underserved by the financial industry.
