Willie Berry is a Lead Retirement Plan Advisor for Empower. He provides guidance related to retirement
savings to retirement plan participants in Michigan and beyond. Willie is an advocate for holistic financial
wellness, seeking to improve the financial lives of Americans one life at a time.
Willie joined the organization in 2014 and has also served as a Retirement Plan Counselor serving plan
participants located in Mississippi. He has 21 years of experience in sales, marketing, and management,
including 13 years in the financial services industry with a focus on insurance, finance, investing, and
retirement planning.
Willie holds a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems and an MBA from Belhaven University. He
currently maintains the FINRA Series 6 securities registration and the Series 63, and 65 state securities
licenses, and he holds the Certified Retirement Counselor® (CRC®) designation.
